Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of anti-fibrosis compond priscription (ACP) on primary culture fibrous hepatocyte functions such as proliferation,viability,glycogen and alkaline phosphorase. Mehtods:primary cultured fibrous hepatocyes were cultured wity the regular metyod, and incubated with 10 times drug sera of ACP for 48h. The cell proliferation was measured by[ 3H]-TdR incorporation, cell viablilty by [ 3H]Proline incorporation and cell glycogen by periodic acibschiff reaction.Results: The ACP could promote the viablilty and syhthetic glycogen of fibrous hepatocytes, inhibit the proliferation and ALP of fibrous hepatocytes, 10% ten-fold drug sera of ACP showed the best effect.Conclusion:The ACP could regulate the abnormal metabolism and function of hepatocytes.
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of 5-fluorocytosine/cytosine deaminase (5FC/CD) suicide gene system combined with heat shock protein-peptide complexes(HSP-PC) tumor vaccine. Methods:Adenoviruses containing E.coli CD gene were injected into murine tumor followed by intraperitoneal murine 5-FC. Meanwhile, mice bearing tumor were inoculated s.c with HSP-PC.Results:In mice bearing tumor, the combined therapy led to reduction in tumor growth and complete tumor regression was observed in 70% mice. After the combined therapy, the tumor mass showed obvious necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltrcition, more CD 4 + and CD 8 +T cells infiltrated into the tumor tissue, and the murine CTL activities increased significantly. Conclusion:The combination therapy with 5-FC/CD system and HSP-PC tumor vaccine is very effective for murine melanoma, and has potential clinical useages.
Abstract:
Objective:To examine the effect of Huangju extraction to herpes simplex virus-I (HSV-I) in cell culture. Methods:The HuangjuU extraction in different concentrations was added to HSV-I cell culture plate. The hep-2 cells were infected with HSV-I in different TCID 50 .The cell pathogenic effects(CPE) were examined.Results:Huangju extraction can inhibit CPE.
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the signal changes of posttraumatic muscles and to study the relationship between pathological changes and MRI of muscle injury.Methods:Muscle injury models on 14 rabbits were set up and imaged with MRI several times after trauma.Randomly selected eight rabbits were sacrificed to obtain injured muscle tissue samples for light microscopic and eletron microscopic studies to compare with MRI.Results:The injured muscls showed high signal of T1WI and were kept more than 40 days.The pathological changes were hemorrhage,edema,degeneration,muscular necrosis,infiltration of inflammatotry cells.They are obvious on the 3rd day.The ultrastructlar changes were musclar fiber edema,mitochondrion enlargement,sarcoplasmic reticulum dilation and many high electronic density granules among muscular fibers.The peak of ultrastructural changes is during the 5th to 7th day and some abnormal changes are kept after 40 days.Conclusion:MRI is the best choice for muscle injury because of its close relationship with ultrastructural changes.
Abstract:
Objective:The purpose of this study was to consider the reason, diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of implantation metastasis in abdominal cavity from primary liver cancer.Methods:The retrospective analysis of clinic manifestation, treatment, initial excision of the tumor and prophylaxis of 22 cases of abdominal implantation metastasis in liver cancer was carried out.Results:21 cases were treated by surgical removal. After initial removal of implantation metastasis the survival ratio of 1, 3 and 5 years was 72 7%, 27 3% and 13 6%. One case treated conservatively was died in 9 months after liver cancer operation.Conclusion:The reasons of abdominal implantation metastasis of liver cancer were: The encapsulation was destroyed by cancer.Desquamating cells of cancer were metastasized to abdominal cavity. Dissemination of metastasis by spontaneous hemorrhage of liver cancer. Iatrgenic carcinometosis. Measures for prevention: Washing abdominal cavity thoroughly. Non-tumor technique. Attention to treatment of abdominal adhensional tissue around cancer. Contaminated with cancer in abdominal cavity the chemical drug should be perfused into cavity at regular intervals. It is necessary for follow-up examination at regular intervals in order to find subclinic patient.It is the first choice and high efficiency on surgical removal and reoperation for recurrence.
