新生儿惊厥持续状态的药物治疗进展

  • 摘要: 惊厥持续状态是指一次惊厥发作持续30 min以上,或者发作间期意识不能恢复的2次或2次以上连续发作达30 min以上的.由于新生儿惊厥临床表现较隐匿,以细微手足抖动、眨眼、眼球转动、呼吸暂停、吸吮动作等形式为主,且出现惊厥持续状态的新生儿常常由于存在神经系统原发疾病,以致发作间期基础意识亦呈病理状态,给新生儿惊厥持续状态的诊断和治疗带来难度[1].近年来国内外学者提倡将动态脑电图用于新生儿惊厥持续状态的诊断和治疗评估[2].
