Application of flat digital subtraction angiography in lower limb vein angiography

摘要: 目的 探讨平板数字减影血管造影(DSA)在下肢静脉造影诊断下肢静脉病变中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析行平板DSA下肢静脉造影的126例(154侧肢体)患者的临床资料.结果 正常下肢静脉10例(7.9％),深静脉血栓形成15例(11.9％),髂静脉压迫综合征6例(4.8％),交通静脉瓣膜功能不全45例(35.7％),深静脉瓣膜功能不全50例(39.7％),各种病变均有特征性的造影表现,易于区别,且均无不良反应.结论 采用平板DSA进行下肢静脉造影能够清晰显示下肢静脉病变,对于诊断下肢静脉病变具有重要的临床意义与应用价值.
