Experimental research on viscoelasticity of pig trachea

  • 摘要: 目的 对猪气管进行黏弹性测试实验研究,为研究人体气管及人工气管提供生物力学参数.方法 对猪气管膜部和软骨环部应用50~5 000 N伺服控制拉力试验机分别进行拉伸,分析其应力松弛、蠕变性质.用MATLAB软件仿真处理实验数据,得出两组数据拟合的方程,并根据方程绘制曲线.结果 得出的猪气管膜部和软骨环两组数据的方程和曲线显示:应变恒定时,应力随时间的增加呈指数衰减;应力恒定时,应变随时间的增加呈指数增加.结论 猪气管符合应力松弛和蠕变特性,为生物黏弹性软组织材料.
