X线定位下经皮肾微造瘘钬激光碎石的临床应用

Clinical application of MPCNL and holmium laser by X-ray positioning

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨X线定位下经皮肾微造瘘钬激光碎石治疗肾结石及输尿管结石的临床应用.方法 应用30 W功率钬激光在X线定位下经皮肾穿刺微造瘘治疗66例肾结石患者及12例输尿管结石患者.结果 72例患者完成一期手术取石,4例完成二期手术取石;2例中转开放手术.78例均为单通道取石,一次手术结石取净率87.2%,总结石取净率89.7%.6例术后2周行体外冲击波碎石治疗残留结石.术后住院时间7~10 d,平均(8.5±0.8)d;术后2例患者出现高热,其中1例并发感染性休克.结论 合理掌握适应症、具备良好的手术技巧、进行严密的术后处理是X线定位下经皮肾微造瘘钬激光碎石治疗肾结石、输尿管上段结石成功的有效保证.
