多西他赛联合奈达铂方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

摘要

摘要: 目的观察多西他赛联合奈达铂方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副反应.方法 69例晚期食管鳞状细胞癌患者随机分为2组:观察组35例,多西他赛75 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,奈达铂100 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天；对照组34例,多西他赛75 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,顺铂75 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天；每3周1个周期,至少完成2个周期.结果 2组的总有效率相比,差异不具有统计学意义.治疗组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度毒性反应主要是白细胞及血小板减少,对照组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度毒性反应主要是恶心呕吐、食欲不振.结论在晚期食管癌中,多西他赛联合奈达铂方案与多西他赛联合顺铂方案疗效相近,但在毒副反应方面,多西他赛联合奈达铂方案耐受性良好,更具有优势.
