辛伐他汀对高血压合并颈动脉硬化患者肱踝脉搏波传导速度及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

Impact of simvastatin on brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity and carotid intima-media thickness in hypertension patients complicated by carotid atherosclerosis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨辛伐他汀对高血压合并颈动脉硬化患者肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响.方法 120例原发性高血压合并颈动脉硬化患者,随机分为辛伐他汀组和对照组,各60例.2组患者均维持原有降压方案不变,治疗组在原有降压方案基础上给予辛伐他汀治疗.观察2组患者治疗前后的血脂、IMT及baPWV变化情况.结果 与治疗前比较,辛伐他汀组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01),血清HDL水平明显升高(P<0 01);治疗后,辛伐他汀组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血清HDL水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01).与治疗前比较,2组治疗后baPWV明显降低(P<0.01),辛伐他汀组治疗后IMT明显减少(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,辛伐他汀组IMT、baPWV水平明显增加(P<0.01).结论 辛伐他汀可有效降低血脂水平,通过降低1MT及baPWV防止动脉粥样硬化形成.
