The value of procalcitonin in the differentiation of the cause of fever in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)对ICU重度颅脑损伤患者发热原因的鉴别诊断价值.方法分析40例ICU重度颅脑损伤伴发热患者血清PCT水平与发热原因之间的关系.结果与非感染组相比,感染组患者发热后血清PCT水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论检测PCT可用于鉴别ICU重度颅脑损伤患者的发热原因,为恰当的抗感染治疗提供依据,从而更好地指导临床治疗.
