Clinical analysis of functional thoracoplasty in the treatment of empyema after operation of lung cancer in 17 patients

摘要: 目的 探讨功能性胸廓成形术治疗肺癌术后脓胸的可行性及临床疗效.方法 对17例肺癌术后并发脓胸经保守治疗无效的患者施行功能性胸廓成形术,观察手术完成情况、术中输血量以及术后并发症.结果 17例患者均成功接受功能性胸廓成形手术,术中平均输血(350.2±61.4) mL,术后并发呼吸衰竭2例,并发心功能衰竭1例,均经治疗后恢复,取得良好手术效果.结论 肺癌术后脓胸尤其全肺切除术后脓胸不多见,但病情急且重,经保守治疗失败后行功能性胸廓成形手的疗效满意,值得推广.
