Influence of Shegan Mahuang decoction on serum immune index and inflammatory factor of children with cough variant asthma

摘要: 目的 探讨射干麻黄汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿血清免疫指标及炎性因子等指标的影响.方法 将68例CVA患儿随机分为2组,各34例.治疗组予射干麻黄汤治疗,对照组予孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较2组患儿EOS、IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10和IL-13水平,症状评分、PEF评分,以及总体疗效.结果 治疗组患儿的EOS、IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10和IL-13水平以及症状评分的改善程度均显著优于对照组,2组PEF评分变化无显著差异,治疗组末发生明显不良反应,对照组20.58％的患儿发生不良反应.结论 射干麻黄汤与孟鲁司特钠相比较,在CVA治疗上具有显著优势,可有效干预血清免疫指标及炎性因子的释放,且安全性较好.
