Clinical significance and relevance of peripheral blood adenosine deaminase activity and the T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肺结核患者外周血淋巴细胞内腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性和T淋巴细胞亚群定量检测的关系及临床意义.方法 应用全自动生化分析仪测定肺结核患者血清ADA的活性和用流式细胞仪测定外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群.结果 肺结核患者外周血ADA 活性显著高于对照组,化疗2个月及6个月后,其活性显著降低,外周血CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+比值差异有统计学意义,ADA与CD4+/CD8+之间存在相关性.结论 肺结核患者淋巴细胞内ADA活性升高与T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调有关,检测患者外周血ADA 、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化有助于临床病情监控、疗效判定及预后判断.
