Changes and significance of serum visfatin levels in type 2 diabetes patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction

摘要: 目的 探讨血清内脂素水平在2型糖尿病急性脑梗死中的临床意义.方法 选取2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死组21例为病例组,不伴脑梗死组20例为对照组.记录体重指数、血压,检测空腹血浆葡萄糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血脂、血清内脂素、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平;病例组接受治疗,第10天病情稳定时复查血清内脂素及hsCRP.结果 2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死组血清内脂素及hsCRP水平较对照组显著升高(P＜0 01),治疗后水平明显下降(P＜0.01),与对照组的水平接近.结论 内脂素参与了2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的病理生理过程.
