  • 摘要: 静脉注射丙种球蛋白(IVIG), 来源于健康志愿者捐献的血浆经灭菌、分离得到,因此是一种源自人体的安全的生物制品.IVIg主要适用于血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)、自体免疫疾病以及免疫介导的疾病的治疗[1-2].近年来,有文献报道IVIG还可用于治疗各种肿瘤,有一定的临床效果[3-4].乳腺癌是严重威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病,乳腺癌新发病人数每年有增加的趋势.本实验是利用目前较为先进的ATP-荧光发光法检测抑瘤率并结合流式细胞仪检测肿瘤细胞周期、凋亡指数,来探索IVIG体外对乳腺癌细胞增殖的影响.
