兰索拉唑预防重度烧伤应激性溃疡出血临床观察

摘要: 重度烧伤易并发应激性溃疡出血,病死率高,故预防十分重要.2005年1月～2009年1月作者用兰索拉唑预防重度烧伤应激性溃疡出血43例,并与奥美拉唑预防重度烧伤应激性溃疡出血42例对照组比较,现报告如下.
