摘要: 法洛四联征(TOF)是临床最常见的紫绀型先天性心脏病.随着心外科手术技术水平的不断提高及体外循环、术后监护技术的改进,手术病死率显著下降.本院2002年4月～2007年12月共开展心脏直视手术1400例,其中对65例成人TOF病人施行了根治术.
