电话传送心电图的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF CARDIOGRAM TRANSMITTED BY TELEPHONE

摘要: 目的 :对心脏病患者实行院外监护 ,有利于突发性心脏病的抢救治疗。方法 :应用自行研制的电话传送心电图像监护装置 ,对 82例心脏病患者进行 3 49例次的远程监护。结果 :仪器性能可靠 ,操作简便 ,传送的心电图清晰准确 ,可与医学信息高速公路接轨

Abstract: Objective:To monitor and nurse the off-ward patients with heart deaseas.Methods:Having developed a suit of equipment which transmits cardiogram by telephone and makes for the rescue and treatment of the cardiacs when they are in paroxysmal cases.This technique has fulfilled long-range ward 349 times among 82 cardiacs.Results:Its capacity is reliable,its operation is simple and convienient,and its transmitted cardiogram is clear and accurate.It can be linked to the Medical Information Highway.
