INFLUENCE OF THE EXTRACT OF RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE ON THE HEPATIC CELLS OF RATS OF.HEPATO FIBROSIS TAKEN IN PROLINE

  • 摘要: 用CCl4等攻击Wistar大鼠,致其肝纤维化。后将其随机分为苦杏仁甙(D)、丹参水溶性提取物(F)、冬虫夏草(E)、D加E(G)、秋水仙碱(C)及空白对照(B)组。均持续病因刺激。另设正常对照(A)组。在体预处理60d后,各实验药物组又随机区分为向和未向培养皿中添加药物,继续培养24h后,检测指标变化。结果表明:阳性药秋水仙碱抑制肝细胞摄入[3H]脯氨酸的作用最强;丹参水溶性提取物在病因持续存在条件下,仍能较强地阻抑肝细胞对[3H]脯氨酸的摄入,提示:①该药作用途径可能为多途径的;②可能有直接对抗病因的作用。苦杏仁甙、冬虫夏草的同一药理作用不及上述二药,但二药联用限定某一条件时,其作用可与秋
    Abstract: Using CCl4 to attack the rats and to make them hepato fibrosis, we randomly divided them into several groups, apart form the normal control group, namthy Amygdalin (D), water soluble ex tractive of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (F), Cordyceps (E), (D) plus (E) (G), Colchicum (C) and blank control (B). After 60 days of pretreatment, some of the culture plates were added medicine while others were not. After 24 hours of culture, the detection result changed, which showed that the inhibition of proline'intaking of posive Colchium was most effective. The water soluble extractive of Radix salviae Miltior rhizae could also cause the inhibition of, proline intaking.
