米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠30例疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTIVENESS OF 30 CASES OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY WITH THE CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF MIFEPRISTONE

摘要: 应用米非司酮治疗早期异位妊娠30例，结果术非司酮组的治愈率76.67％．与MTX对照组对比无显著差异（P＞0．05）；米非司酮的治疗效果随治疗前血β-HCG的水平增加而递减，增加米非司酮总用量不能提高治愈率，对妊娠囊已形成的早期异位妊娠，药物保守治疗效果较差．

Abstract: 30 cases of early ectopic pregnancy were treated withMifepristone. The result showed that its curative ratio was 76. 67% and there was no obvious difference compared with the control group of MTX (P0. 05). The therapeutic effectiveness of Mifepristone was decreased with the increase of level of β-HCG before treatment. The increase of total dosage of Mifepristonefailed to raise the curative radio.The therapeutic effectiveness of conservative treatment of early ectopic pregnancy was not so good.
