Efficacy of minimally invasive tooth extraction in treatment of mandibular lower impacted wisdom tooth

摘要: 目的 观察微创拔牙术治疗下颌低位阻生智齿的疗效。 方法 选取80例下颌低位阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用凿骨劈冠法治疗,观察组采用微创拔牙术治疗,比较2组患者的手术情况、疼痛程度。 结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 术后1、3 d, 观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 采用微创拔牙术治疗下颌低位阻生智齿,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,并缓解术后疼痛程度。Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy of minimally invasive tooth extraction in treatment of mandibular lower impacted wisdom tooth. Methods A total of 80 patients with mandibular lower impacted wisdom tooth were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional method of chiseling bone and splitting dental crown method, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction. The condition of surgery and pain degree were compared between two groups. Results The operative time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 1 day and 3 days after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction in treatment of mandibular lower impacted wisdom tooth can shorten operation time and reduce blood loss, and relieve postoperative pain degree.
