Influence of drum circle therapy on rehabilitation efficacy of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia

摘要: 目的 观察鼓圈治疗对住院精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。 方法 选取住院的精神分裂症男性患者40例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20例。对照组采用常规康复治疗方法,实验组在常规康复治疗的基础上实施鼓圈治疗。运用简明精神症状量表(BPRS)和UCLA孤独量表(UCLALS)评定患者的精神症状和孤独感的心理状态。 结果 实验组患者BPRS和UCLALS评分经鼓圈治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 鼓圈治疗对精神分裂症住院患者的康复具有较好的效果。Abstract: Objective To observe the influence of drum circle therapy on the rehabilitation efficacy of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 40 male hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and the experimental group was treated with drum circle therapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment. The Brief Psychiatric Symptom Scale(BPRS)and UCLA Loneliness Scale(UCLALS)were used to evaluate the status of mental symptoms and loneliness in patients. Results There were significant differences in scores of BPRS and UCLALS after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Drum circle therapy has a better effect on the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.
