摘要

摘要: 目的观察尿毒症患者应用中药结肠透析联合血液透析治疗后的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将本院89例尿毒症患者分为2组。2组患者均给予基础对症治疗,对照组44例患者增加血液透析进行治疗,观察组45例患者在对照组基础上接受中药结肠透析治疗。比较2组患者治疗后肾功能、炎症因子水平、毒素水平变化。结果观察组治疗后尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、β₂-微球蛋白(β₂-MG)及硫酸吲哚酚(IS)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药结肠透析联合血液透析能够有效改善尿毒症患者的炎症状态,降低尿毒症毒素水平,改善肾功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis combined with hemodialysis for patients with uremia. Methods Eighty-nine patients with uremia in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method, and were given basic symptomatic treatment. The control group(n=44)was treated by hemodialysis, while the observation group(n=45)was treated by colonic dialysis based on the control group. Changes in renal function, inflammatory factor levels, and toxin levels were observed after treatment. Results The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), serum uric acid(UA), C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), parathyroid hormone(PTH), β₂-microglobulin(β₂-MG)and indoxol sulfate(IS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis combined with hemodialysis can effectively improve the inflammatory status of uremic patients, reduce the level of uremic toxins, and improve renal function.
