Risk factors of failure in conservative treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures: a review

摘要: 随着中国人口老龄化现象的加剧,骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者也在逐年增多。目前保守治疗能使患者在数周内感到疼痛明显缓解,故被认为是一线治疗方案,但临床上仍有相当数量的患者采用保守治疗效果不佳。本研究从椎体坍塌程度、神经损伤、年龄、基础疾病、骨密度、体质量指数、改良虚弱指数等方面着手,对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者保守治疗失败的危险因素进行了综述。Abstract: With the aggravation of aged population in China, the number of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is increasing year by year. At present, conservative treatment can help patients relieve pain within a few weeks, so it is considered as the first-line treatment, but there are still a considerable number of patients with poor effect by conservative treatment. This study reviewed the risk factors of failure in conservative treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from the aspects of vertebral collapse degree, nerve injury, age, underlying diseases, mineral density of bone, body mass index, and modified frailty index.
