Severe early warning nursing for children with hand, foot and mouth disease caused by enterovirus type 71 infections

摘要: 目的 探讨重症早期预警护理对肠道病毒71型手足口病患儿症状缓解和并发症的影响。 方法 将本院儿科接受治疗的80例肠道病毒71型手足口病患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用重症早期预警护理。比较2组临床症状改善时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组干预后疱疹消退时间、退热时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组干预后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对肠道病毒71型手足口病患儿实施重症早期预警护理可缩短患儿临床症状改善时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率。Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of early warning nursing on symptoms relief and complications in children with hand, foot and mouth disease caused by enterovirus type 71 infections. Methods A total of 80 children with hand, foot and mouth disease caused by enterovirus type 71 infections treated in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group(n=40)adopted routine nursing, and the observation group(n=40)adopted severe early warning nursing on the basis of the control group. The time of clinical symptom improvement, hospital stay and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the time of herpes disappearance, the antifebrile time, and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate after intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Severe early warning nursing for children with hand, foot and mouth disease caused by enterovirus type 71 infections can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay, and reduce the complication rate.
