  • 摘要: 目的 分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)合并反流性食管炎患者应用递减法抗反流药物治疗的效果。 方法 选取120例OSAS合并反流性食管炎患者,按照治疗方法分为常规组(接受常规抗反流药物治疗)和治疗组(接受递减法抗反流药物治疗)。比较2组的治疗效果、胃食管反流疾病诊断评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数、嗜睡情况以及动脉血氧饱和度。 结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的胃食管反流病诊断评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组嗜睡评分显著低于常规组,动脉血氧饱和度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。 结论 对于OSAS并反流性食管炎患者,递减法抗反流药物治疗可有效改善患者的各种症状,提高治疗效果。
    Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of anti-reflux drugs administrated by diminishing method in treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)complicated with reflux esophagitis. Methods Totally 120 patients with OSAS and reflux esophagitis were selected and divided into conventional group(treated by conventional anti-reflux medication)and treatment group(treated by diminishing anti-reflux medication). The therapeutic effect, diagnosis score of gastroesophageal reflux disease, apnea hypopnea index, lethargy and artherial oxygen saturation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the diagnosis score of gastroesophageal reflux disease and apnea hypopnea index in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of lethargy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the arterial oxygen saturation was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion For OSAS patients with reflux esophagitis, the diminishing anti-reflux medication can effectively improve the symptoms and enhance the therapeutic effect.
