Effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Tianmeng Oral Liquid on sleep quality and negative emotions of insomnia patients with anxiety

摘要: 目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合甜梦口服液对失眠伴焦虑患者睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响。方法选取84例失眠伴焦虑患者,随机分为2组各42例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,研究组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合甜梦口服液治疗。比较2组患者匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、舒适度评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者PSQI量表各项评分及总评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、4周,研究组HAMA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论失眠伴焦虑患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合甜梦口服液治疗可改善患者临床症状,且安全性较好。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Tianmeng Oral Liquid on sleep quality and negative emotions of insomnia patients with anxiety. Methods Eighty-four patients with insomnia and anxiety were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. Control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets, while the study group was additionally treated with Tianmeng Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score, comfort score, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of each item and total score of PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 1 week, 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the HAMA score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the comfort score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For insomnia patients with anxiety, flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Tianmeng Oral Liquid can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a higher safety.
