Postoperative enteral nutrition nursing for patients with radical operation for gastric cancer

摘要: 目的 探讨不同营养护理对胃癌根治术患者术后营养状态的影响。 方法 选取本院行胃癌根治术的96例患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组实施肠外营养护理,观察组实施肠内营养护理。观察2组患者治疗后营养指标水平,记录2组患者术后恢复情况,并比较并发症发生率。 结果 治疗后,观察组患者的血清蛋白、血红蛋白、前清蛋白均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组肠功能恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组并发症发生率为4.17%, 显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。 结论 肠内营养护理能有效改善胃癌根治术患者术后的营养状态,并降低并发症发生率。Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of different nutritional nursing on postoperative nutritional status of patients with radical operation for gastric cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as study objects, and were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)by random number table method. The control group carried out parenteral nutrition nursing, while patients in the observation group were given enteral nutrition nursing. The levels of nutrition indexes in the two groups after treatment were compared, the postoperative recovery of two groups was observed, and the incidence of complications was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum protein, hemoglobin, and prealbumin were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel function, defecation time, and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.17% vs. 16.67%, P<0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition care can effectively improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients with radical gastric cancer surgery, and reduce the incidence of complications.
