摘要

摘要: 目的探讨居家造口护理平台联合家庭随访在永久性肠造口患者延续性护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取80例永久性肠造口手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组。对照组采用常规造口护理,实验组在常规护理基础上通过居家造口护理平台联合家庭随访实施延续性护理。比较2组患者出院后1周、1个月、3个月的造口自我管理依从性、自我效能评价结果、生活质量指数、造口护理整体满意度。结果出院后3个月,实验组患者的造口管理依从性、自我效能、生活质量指数、造口护理整体满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论居家造口护理平台联合家庭随访的延续护理管理方式可显著提高肠造口患者造口管理的依从性,提升患者自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量,提升造口护理满意度,从而提高科室的护理质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up in continuous nursing of patients with permanent enterostomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with permanent enterostomy were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 40 patients was given routine stoma nursing, while the experimental group with 40 patients was given home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance of self-management, self-efficacy evaluation, quality of life index and satisfaction of stoma nursing were compared between two groups at one week, one month and three months after discharge were compared. Results Compliance of stoma management, patient self-efficacy, quality of life index and overall satisfaction of stoma nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group at three month after discharge. Conclusion Continuous nursing management mode of home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up can significantly improve the compliance of stoma management of enterostomy patients, enhance the self-care ability, improve the quality of life, and enhance the satisfaction of stoma nursing so as to improve the quality of nursing.
