Effect of Jinlida Granule for patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要:目的 探讨津力达颗粒应用于糖尿病肾病中的效果及对类胰岛素一号增长因子(IGF-1)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法 将本院收治的糖尿病肾病患者106例随机分成2组, 各53例。2组患者均给予常规对症治疗，研究组在此基础上应用津力达颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能指标(尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、尿素氮与24 h尿蛋白定量)、IGF-1与VEGF水平的变化以及治疗期间的药物不良反应。结果 研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05); 治疗后，研究组尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、尿素氮与24 h尿蛋白定量显著低于对照组(P < 0.05); 治疗后，研究组VEGF和IGF-1水平均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切，能够有效改善患者肾功能，调节VEGF和IGF-1水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Jinlida Granule for diabetic nephropathy patients and its effect on insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment, and the study group was additionally treated with Jinlida Granule. The clinical efficacy, renal function index (urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein quantification), changes of IGF-1 and VEGF levels before and after treatment as well as adverse drug reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IGF-1 and VEGF levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Jinlida Granule is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and can effectively improve the renal function, and regulate the levels of IGF-1 and VEGF. -
