Clinical effect of hot gutta-percha filling in treatment of root canal of pulposis and periapical diseases

摘要:目的 分析牙髓病以及根尖周病患者根管治疗中热牙胶充填的临床效果。方法 将本院就诊的90例牙髓病以及根尖周病患者分为参照组和研究组，每组患者各45例。其中参照组给予侧压充填治疗，研究组给予热牙胶充填方法治疗，比较2组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果 参照组患者并发症发生率显著高于研究组(P < 0.05), 填充时间显著长于研究组，术后疼痛程度评分显著高于研究组(P < 0.05)。结论 根管治疗中应用热牙胶充填方法治疗牙髓病以及根尖周病具有良好的治疗效果，能够有效降低不良反应发生率。Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hot gutta-percha filling in treatment of root canal of pulposis and periapical diseases.Methods Ninety patients with pulposis and periapical disease in our hospital were divided into reference group and research group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lateral pressure filling and the study group was treated with hot gutta-percha filling. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group (P < 0.05), the filling time was significantly longer, and scores of postoperative pain degree was significantly higher than that in the study group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Hot gutta-percha filling is effective in treatment of root canal of pulposis and periapical diseases and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
