摘要:
目的探讨舒适护理在女性精神分裂症患者保护性约束中的应用效果。
方法选取2016年7—12月舒适护理实施前保护性约束的女性精神分裂症患者49例为对照组, 2017年1—6月舒适护理实施后保护性约束的女性精神分裂症患者49例为观察组, 比较2组患者的护理效果。
结果观察组患者保护性约束满意度优于对照组(P < 0.05), 观察组首次约束持续时间短于对照组(P < 0.05)。
结论舒适护理模式能有效提升采用保护性约束的女性精神分裂症患者对护理的满意度，缩短首次约束持续时间。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in protective restraint of female schizophrenia patients.
Methods A total of 49 female patients with schizophrenia who were given protective restraint before the implementation of comfortable nursing from July to December 2016 were selected as the control group, another 49 female patients with schizophrenia who were given protective restraint after the implementation of comfortable nursing from January to June 2017 were as observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The satisfaction towards protective restraint in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the duration of the first restraint in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of female schizophrenia patients with protective restraint and shorten the duration of first restraint.
