Observation on effect of rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia

摘要:目的 观察脑卒中吞咽困难患者康复训练的效果。方法 将90例脑卒中吞咽困难患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上行系统性康复训练,成立系统康复训练小组,制定康复训练计划,实施康复训练措施,改进康复训练方法。2组患者护理干预后,根据洼田饮水试验对患者吞咽障碍恢复效果进行评价,采用吞咽功能量表(VFSS)评价患者吞咽功能,评价患者饮食分级。结果 观察组吞咽障碍恢复效果为91.11%, 高于对照组的71.11%(P < 0.05); 护理干预3、6个月后平均VFSS量表评分,观察组高于对照组(P < 0.05); 观察组患者可进食普通食物比例均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 脑卒中吞咽困难患者予以系统康复训练对提高吞咽障碍恢复效果、改善吞咽功能、促进完成普通摄食具有重要的意义。Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received systematic rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing. After nursing intervention, recovery of swallowing disorders by water swallow test, swallowing function by swallowing function scale (VFSS), and the dietary grading of patients were evaluated.Results The effective rate of recovery of dysphagia was 91.11% in the observation group, which was higher than 71.11% in the control group (P < 0.05). The average VFSS scale scores after 3 and 6 months of nursing intervention was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The proportion of normal food intake in the observation group was higher than that that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia is of great significance in improving the recovery effect of dysphagia, enhancing the swallowing function and promoting the intake of normal feeding.
