Hysterolaparoscopic surgery versus vaginal surgery in the treatment of patients withcicatricial diverticulum of uterus

摘要:目的 比较宫-腹腔镜手术与阴式手术治疗子宫瘢痕憩室的效果。方法 选取子宫瘢痕憩室患者26例，分成宫-腹腔镜组与阴式手术组。比较2组患者手术时间、术中失血量、住院费用等指标。比较2组患者的疗效。结果 阴式手术组的手术时间、平均住院费用均显著少于宫-腹腔镜组(P < 0.05), 而2组术中出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。宫-腹腔镜组与阴式手术组总有效率均为100.00%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宫-腹腔镜手术与阴式修补手术治疗子宫瘢痕憩室均能取得很好的治疗效果，且两种手术方式各有优势与缺点，临床医师应根据实际情况选择治疗方案。Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of hysterolaparoscopic surgery and vaginal surgery on the treatment of patients with cicatricial diverticulum of uterus.Methods Totally 26 patients with cicatricial diverticulum of uterus were divided into hysterolaparoscopy group and vaginal surgery group. The operation time, intra-operative blood loss and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups. The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and average hospitalization expenses of the vaginal surgery group were significantly less than those of the hysterolaparoscopy group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05). The total effective rates of hysterolaparoscopy group and vaginal surgery group were 100.00%, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Both hysterolaparoscopic surgery and vaginal repair surgery can achieve good therapeutic effect on treating cicatricial diverticulum of uterus, and both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Clinicians should choose the treatment plan according to the actual situation.
