Expression of super conservative RNA uc.189 in colorectal cancer and its clinicpathological significance

  • 摘要:
      目的  探讨超保守RNA uc. 189在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。
      方法  从130例大肠癌组织及对应的癌旁正常组织中提取RNA, 应用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测uc. 189的RNA表达情况, 并分析其与大肠癌患者病理参数的关系。
      结果  uc.189在大肠癌组织中的RNA表达水平显著高于相应的癌旁正常组织(P < 0.05), 其高表达与大肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关。
      结论  uc.189与大肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。
    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the expression of super conservative RNA uc.189 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.
      Methods  Total RNA was extracted from 130 pairs of colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal colorectal tissues. The RNA expression of uc.189 was detected by quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and the relationship between uc.189 expression and clinic pathological parameters was analyzed.
      Results  The RNA expression of uc.189 was significantly higher in colorectal cancer tissues than that in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.05). The high expression of uc.189 in colorectal cancer was associated with the pathological grading, lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  The uc.189 is associated with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
