摘要:
目的 探讨手术室优质护理干预对手术患者应激反应、负性情绪及预后的影响.方法 选取手术患者78例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例.观察组采取手术室优质护理干预,对照组则采取手术室常规护理.比较2组患者应激反应、负性情绪、预后等指标.结果 麻醉15 min后,观察组患者体温明显高于对照组,心率、血糖水平均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);术后14d,观察组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后高热等并发症明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 手术室优质护理干预有助于缓解手术患者应激反应,降低焦虑抑郁情绪,减少术后并发症.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the quality of nursing intervention on stress response,negative emotion and prognosis of patients in operation room.Methods A total of 78 cases from July 2014 to June 2015 were as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group adopted high quality nursing intervention,and control group was given routine nursing in operation room.Stress,negative emotions,and prognosis index of two groups were compared.Results After 15 min anesthesia,body temperature in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,heart rate,blood glucose levels were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After 14 d of operation,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);Postoperative complications such as high fever was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in operation room can help ease the stress of surgical patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and reduce the postoperative complications.
