摘要:
目的 分析对经尿道前列腺电切术患者实施预见性护理干预后的临床效果.方法 选取本院就诊的120例进行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组60例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上建立预见性护理小组对其进行护理干预,比较2组患者治疗后的临床治疗效果及术后并发症的发生情况.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间等手术情况均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者休克、尿道活动性出血、尿路感染、尿道狭窄、膀胱颈部挛缩性狭窄及尿失禁等术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理干预可显著提高经尿道前列腺电切术的治疗效果,缩短手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间,降低患者术后并发症的发生率.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of predictive nursing in treatment of patients with transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods A total of 120 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given conventional nursing and predictive nursing intervention.The clinical outcomes and postoperative complications were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The operation time,postoperative bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of complications such as shock,urinary active bleeding,urinary tract infection,urethral stricture,bladder neck contracture stenosis,urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve therapeutic effect of transurethral resection of the prostate,shorten operative time,postoperative bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitals stays,and significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications.
