Effects of two semi recumbent angle combined with lateral position on incidence rate of pressure ulcer in patients with non-invasive ventilation

摘要: 目的 探讨2种半卧位角度结合侧卧位对无创呼吸机通气患者发生压疮的影响.方法 选取130例患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,A组给予45°半卧位,B组给予30°半卧位,分别结合侧卧位,观察2组患者压疮发生情况.结果 2组压疮发生率、满意率对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);2组机械通气时间、尾骶部温度对比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 2种半卧位角度结合侧卧位护理均可用于无创呼吸机通气患者.Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of two semi recumbent angle combined with lateralposition on incidence rate of pressure ulcer in patients with non-invasive ventilation.Methods A total of 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was given 45 degrees semi supine,group B was given 30 degrees semi supine,and both groups were treated with lateral position.Incidence of pressure ulcer was observed in both groups.Results There were no significant differences in the incidence rate of pressure ulcer and satisfaction degree between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were significant differences in mechanical ventilation time and caudal temperature between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Two kinds of semi recumbent angle combined with lateral decubitus nursing can be used for patients with non-invasive ventilation.
