摘要

摘要: 目的探讨护理干预对降低老年糖尿病患者强化治疗期间低血糖发生率的效果.方法选取160例糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者则加施延续性护理,比较2组患者干预前后相关临床指标、生存质量、健康行为采纳率与相关临床事件发生率.结果实验组患者干预后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与BMI指数组间比较均显著低于对照组;治疗维度与总体生存质量评分组间比较均显著性低于对照组;自我管理、自主控制饮食、规律运动、遵医嘱用药、血糖监测、低血糖预防措施与足部护理采纳率均显著性高于对照组;低血糖与服药不依从发生率均显著性低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论护理干预对降低老年糖尿病患者强化治疗期间低血糖发生率的效果显著,可降低低血糖发生率,借鉴意义重大.

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on decreasing hypoglycemia rate in the elderly patients with diabetes.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The patients in the experimental group were given continual nursing.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Quality of life,health behavior adoption rate and the incidence of related clinical events were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and BMI index in the experimental group were significantly lower.The scores of the treatment dimension and the overall quality of life scores were significantly lower than that of the control group;Blood sugar monitoring,hypoglycemia prevention measures and foot care adoption rate were significantly higher than the control group;The incidence of hypoglycemia and medication non-compliance were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia during intensive treatment in elderly patients with diabetes and can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
