Effect of clinical nursing intervention on cardiac functional status and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure

摘要: 目的 探究临床护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能状况及生活质量水平的影响.方法 将本院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者,按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各45例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则在上述基础上给予临床护理干预.就2组患者在不同护理干预前后的心功能状况、生活质量水平及治疗依从性进行对比性分析.结果 护理干预前,2组在6 min步行距离、HR、LVDED、LVEF及E/A比值等心功能指标以及各项生活质量评分上比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),护理干预后,2组的6 min步行距离、LVEF及E/A比值均有所上升,其HR及LVDED水平均有所下降,2组的各项生活质量评分均下降显著,而观察组患者的各项心功能指标以及各项生活质量评分的改善幅度均大于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在常规护理的基础上进行临床护理干预,能够显著提升慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗依从性,其心功能状况及生活质量均能够得到明显提升,对于延缓病情发展、促进患者康复均能够起到积极作用.Abstract: Objective To research the effect of clinical nursing intervention on cardiac functional status and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 90 chronic heart failure cases of in our hospital were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (35 cases) according to the admission order.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given clinical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Cardiac function,quality of life and treatment compliance were compared after different nursing intervention.Results Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in cardiac function indices such as 6 min walking distance,HR,LVDED,LVEF and E/A ratio and the quality of life scores (P ＞ 0.05).After nursing intervention,the 6 min walking distance,LVEF and E/A ratio of two groups were increased,the levels of HR and LVDED were decreased,and the quality of life in two groups were significantly decreased.And improvement of the heart function indices and the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance,enhance chronic heart failure and cardiac functional status and quality of life,delay development of the disease,and promote the recovery of the patients.
