摘要:
目的 探讨肾病综合征患者应用低分子肝素治疗对其凝血指标、生化指标、临床疗效及安全性的影响.方法 选取103例肾病综合征患者,随机分为对照组和研究组.对照组患者采用泼尼松治疗,研究组患者采用泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗.比较2组患者凝血指标、生化指标、临床疗效及并发症.结果 2组患者治疗后PLT、AT-Ⅲ、DD、FIB、Am及PT等相关凝血指标比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).2组患者治疗后TC、Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量及UAER等相关生化指标有显著差异.对照组总有效率为77.1％,显著低于研究组的96.4％(P＜0.05).2组患者并发症无显著差异.结论 泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征患者能显著改善高凝状态.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin on coagulation indexes,biochemical indexes,clinical efficacy and safety of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 103 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with prednisone,and the study group was treated with prednisone and low molecular weight heparin.The coagulation indexes,biochemical indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were observed.Results There were significant differences in PLT,ATⅢ,DD,FIB,APTT,PT and other related coagulation parameters after treatment between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There were significant differences in TC,Scr,BUN,24 h urinary protein and UAER biochemical indexes after treatment between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate was 77.1％ in the control group,which was significantly lower than 96.4％ in the study group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between two groups.Conclusion Prednisone combined with low molecular weight heparin can effectively improve hypercoagulable state in the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
