摘要:
目的 探讨优质护理干预(HQC)在二尖瓣置换手术(MVR)围术期的应用效果.方法 选取本院收治的行二尖瓣置换手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照数字随机原则分为2组,对照组(n=40)采用常规护理,观察组(n=40)采用优质护理服务,比较2组患者手术前后疾病知识的掌握评分、住院时间、护理满意度、并发症及病死率等.结果 观察组患者对疾病知识掌握评分、住院时间等均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用优质护理干预能够缩短二尖瓣置换手术围术期患者恢复时间,提升对疾病的认识,提高护理质量和安全性,因此值得普及推广.
Abstract:
Objective To study application effect of perioperative high quality nursing intervention (HQC) for mitral valve replacement (MVR) surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with mitral valve replacement surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with digital principle,the control group (n =40) was given conventional nursing and observation group (n =40)was given high quality nursing service,mastery of disease knowledge,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,complications,and mortality were observed.Results The observation group had higher mastery of the knowledge of disease,and less length of hospital stay than the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher and complication rate was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing intervention for mitral valve replacement surgery can reduce recovery time,improve the understanding of disease,nursing quality and safety,and therefore it deserves popularization.
