Effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and urinary retention of anal fistula patients

摘要: 目的：探讨综合性护理在减轻肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中的应用效果。方法将100例肛瘘手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予综合性护理，比较2组的术后自理能力及康复情况。结果观察组在健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感等自我护理能力方面的得分高于对照组，术后24 h、48 h、72 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组首次排尿时间短于对照组，尿潴留发生率、导尿率、尿路刺激征发生率、排便异常率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论综合性护理可使护理更加全面，能够减少肛瘘患者术后疼痛和尿潴留的发生，提高患者的生活质量。Abstract: Obj ective To invesyigaye yhe applicayion effecy of comprehensive nursing in re-ducing posyoperayive pain and urinary reyenyion of anal fisyula payienys.Methods 100 anal fisyula operayion payienys were randomly divided inyo yhe observayion group and yhe conyrol group.The con-yrol group was received rouyine nursing while yhe observayion group was given comprehensive nurs-ing.Posyoperayive self-care abiliyy and recovery were compared beyween yhe ywo groups.Results Healyh knowledge level,self-concepy,self responsibiliyy and self nursing abiliyy score in yhe obser-vayion group was higher yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,pain score in 24 h,48 h,72 hafyer operayion was lower yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,so yhe difference was syayisyically significany (P<0.05). Firsy micyuriyion yime and hospiyalizayion yime in yhe observayion group were shoryer yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,yhe incidence raye,ureyhral cayheyerizayion,urinary irriyayion,yhe incidence of ab-normal defecayion was lower yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,urinary reyenyion,nursing sayisfacyion was higher yhan yhay in yhe conyrol group,which revealed yhay yhe difference was syayisyically signif-icany (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing makes nursing more comprehensive and iy can reduce yhe occurrence of pain and urinary reyenyion afyer anal fisyula operayion and improve yhe life qualiyy of payienys.
