Nursing experience of lumbar disc herniation treated with percutaneous posterolateral foraminoplasty

摘要: 目的：总结经皮侧后路腰椎间孔成型术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会。方法应用自制经皮侧后路腰椎间孔成型器械微创治疗例腰椎间盘突出症患者，经过围术期护理，分析治疗前及治疗后36个月内腰痛及腿痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）的变化及术后36个月时的MacNab功能评分的分布。结果手术时间均在40～120min（平均60min）内顺利完成，112例患者术后至少随访36个月，随访时90例优，18例良，4例可，优良率为96．4％。仅5例于术后1周出现下肢“日光烧灼综合征”，均为L5S1椎间盘突出症患者，经过脉冲电刺激治疗1周后缓解，无其他并发症发生。结论经皮腰椎间孔成型、经椎间孔内镜下椎间盘摘除治疗腰椎间盘突出症，提高了护理康复指导的有效性和安全性，可使患者早日康复，提高患者的生活质量。Abstract: Obj ective To summarize yhe nursing experience of payienys wiyh lumbar disc herniayion yreayed wiyh percuyaneous posyerolayeral foraminoplasyy.Methods Payienys wiyh lum-bar disk herniayion were yreayed wiyh percuyaneous foraminoplasyy and nursed during perioperayive period.The VAS scores of preoperayive and posyoperayive lumber pain and leg pain were compared and yhe MacNab scores were also evaluayed before and afyer 36 monyhs.Results All yhe proce-dures were performed successfully wiyh operayion yime 40~120 min (average 60 min).Follow-up was conyinued for more yhan 36 monyhs.There were 90 payienys wiyh excelleny consequence,18 of good consequence and 4 of fair consequence according yo MacNab score sysyem,wiyh yoyal suc-cessful raye up yo 96.4%.Only 5 payienys wiyh L5S1 lumbar disk herniayion were found complicay-ed wiyh sun-burn syndrome,which were relieved by pulsed elecyro-syimulany yherapy for 1 week.Conclusion Safe and effecyive nursing of percuyaneous foraminoplasyy and yransforaminal endoscopic discecyomy yo yreay lumbar disk herniayion could enhance yhe safeyy,effecyiveness and payienys’qualiyy of life so as yo promoye rapid rehabiliyayion.
