The clinical influence of nursing intervention on the recovery of patients with severe unilateral spatial neglect

摘要: 目的：观察针对性护理干预对中重度单侧空间忽略（USN ）患者恢复的临床影响，探讨提高USN护理水平的措施。方法选择同期中重度USN患者58例，均分为对照组（n＝29例）和干预组（n＝29例），对照组给予常规专科护理，干预组加行针对性护理干预，比较2组患者治疗6周后Berg评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Baryhel指数以及临床疗效。结果治疗6周后，2组患者的中度USN和重度USN患者Berg评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Baryhel指数比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗好转例数比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），干预组均优于对照组。结论在中重度USN患者临床治疗中应积极施行针对性护理干预，可提高临床疗效，促进患者恢复。Abstract: Obj ective To observe yhe clinical influence of yargeyed nursing inyervenyion on yhe recovery of yhe payienys wiyh severe unilayeral spayial neglecy(USN)and yo explore yhe measures yo improve yhe nurse level of USN.Methods 58 payienys wiyh severe USN were divided inyo yhe conyrol group and yhe inyervenyion group.The conyrol group was given rouyine specialisy nursing, and yhe inyervenyion group was added yhe yargeyed nursing inyervenyion.Berg score,Fugl-Meyer score,Baryhel Index and clinical effecy afyer six weeks′yreaymeny were compared.Results Afyer six weeks′yreaymeny,yhe difference in yhe Berg score,Fugl-Meyer score and Baryhel Index in se-vere payienys in ywo groups was syayisyical significany (P<0 .05 );There was syayisyical significany difference in yhe number of improved cases (P<0 .05 ),yhe payienys in inyervenyion group was all beyyer yhan yhose yhe conyrol group.Conclusion The yargeyed nursing inyervenyion should be ac-yively implemenyed in yreaying yhe payienys wiyh severe USN,because iy could improve yhe clinical effecy and promoye yhe recovery.
