Cord blood stem cell transplantation combined with traditional Chinese therapy for kidney nourishing and dampness elimination in treatment of patients with Child A or B grade liver cirrhosis

摘要: 目的：观察经肝动脉行脐血干细胞移植联合补益肾气利湿法治疗ChildA、B级肝硬化患者的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方法选择ChildA、B级肝硬化患者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各25例，对照组给予脐血干细胞移植治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合补益肾气利湿法治疗。观察患者术前（0月）、术后第3、6、12个月血清肝功能相关生化指标、红细胞免疫相关指标水平，对比第0、12个月炎症和纤维化计分。结果与治疗前相比，治疗组患者治疗3、6、12个月后各指标均显著改善（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），且指标改善水平均显著优于对照组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论脐血干细胞移植联合补益肾气利湿法治疗ChildA、B级肝硬化患者的疗效优于单用脐血干细胞移植。Abstract: Obj ective To observer the clinical effects of cord blood stem cell transplantation combined with traditional Chinese therapy for kidney nourishing and dampness elimination in treat-ment of patients with child A or B grade liver cirrhosis,and related mechanism.Methods 50 pa-tients with child A or B grade liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Cord blood stem cell transplantation were performed in both of two groups and Chinese therapy for kidney nourishing and dampness elimination was provided to treatment group additionally.Biomedical index of liver function,erythrocyte immune and observed before and 3,6,12 months after surgery.Inflammation and fibrosis score before and 12 months af-ter surgery were also observed.Results Index levels mentioned above were improved after treat-ment compared with those before treatment,and there was significant difference between treatment and controls group (P<0.05,P<0.01 ).Conclusion Combination therapy of transplantation with traditional Chinese therapy can achieve better clinical outcome.
