The application of chlorhexidine gargle and oral care in gingivitis

摘要: 目的：探讨洗必泰漱口液及口腔护理在牙龈炎患者中的应用。方法选取牙龈炎患者100例，随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用洗必泰漱口液，并进行口腔护理干预。观察2组患者治疗2周及4周后的菌斑指数（PLI）和牙龈指数（GI）。结果治疗前2组患者 PLI 和 GI 无显著差异（P ＞0．05）；治疗2周后，观察组指标均有显著改善（P ＜0．01），对照组 GI 显著改善（P ＜0．01）；治疗4周后，观察组改善程度更加显著（P ＜0．05），对照组 PLI 较治疗前有显著改善（P ＜0．01），GI 改善程度更加显著；组间比较，观察组 PLI 和 GI 均显著低于对照组（P ＜0．01）。结论对牙龈炎患者采用洗必泰漱口液辅助治疗并进行口腔护理干预，可以显著改善 PLI 和 GI，值得临床推广。Abstract: Objective To investigate the application chlorhexidine gargle and oral care in gingivitis patients.Methods 100 gingivitis patients were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases).The control group were treated with conventional treat-ment.On the basis of the observation group,chlorhexidine gargle and oral nursing intervention were added in the observation group.The plaque index (PLI)and gingival index (GI)of patients 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were observed.Results The PLI and GI of 2 groups patients had no significant difference before treatment (P >0.05).After 2 weeks treatment,the observa-tion group were significantly improved (P <0.01),also the control group (P <0.01);After 4 weeks treatment,the observation group improved more significantly (P <0.05),the control group PLI compared with those before treatment were significantly improved (P <0.01),GI improved more significantly.Comparison between groups,the observation group PLI and GI were significant-ly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01).Conclusion gingivitis patients using the adju-vant therapy chlorhexidine gargle fluid and oral nursing intervention can significantly improve the PLI and the GI,worth clinical promotion.
