Application effect of seamless nursing management in reducing nosocomial infection in department of obstetrics and gynecology

摘要: 目的：探讨无缝隙护理管理在减少妇产科院内感染中的应用效果。方法选择1000例患有妇产科疾病患者的临床资料，其中观察组500例患者采用无缝隙护理管理措施，而对照组500例患者采用常规护理措施，比较2组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，2组患者的感染部位主要为呼吸道、泌尿道、手术切口、宫腔、胃肠道等，观察组感染率为1．2％，显著低于对照组感染率2．2％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；护理后，观察组患者对医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教及心理干预等的满意度均显著高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论采用无缝隙护理管理可有效降低妇产科院内感染发生率，提高患者的满意度，从而有利于患者病情的改善，值得临床应用。Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management in reducing nosocomial infections in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The material of 1000 patients with gynecological diseases was chosen in the study.500 patients were conducted with seamless nursing management (observation group),while the control group with 500 patients treated with conventional nursing measures.Nursing effect for two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the infection of main sites in the two groups were located in respiratory tract, urinary tract,surgical incision,uterine and gastrointestinal tract.Infection rate of was 2.2% in the observation group and 1.2% in the control group (P <0.05).After nursing,satisfaction in nursing attitude,nursing standard,health education and psychological intervention in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than that in the control group.Thus,the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and improve the satisfaction of patients and alleviate the disease condition of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
