Application of high quality nursing of TURP in perioperative period

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨优质护理在 TURP 围术期的临床效果。方法选取实施 TURP 手术的40例患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，分别记录2组患者术后72h 的并发症和出院时对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者术后72 h 后的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；2组患者术后总体满意度无统计学差异，但观察组中很满意比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论优质护理应用在TURP 围术期可取得很好的效果，不仅能降低患者罹患并发症的可能，还能提升患者术后的满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore clinical effect of high quality nursing of TURP in periop-erative period.Methods 40 patients with TURP were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given high quality nursing.Postoperative complications were recorded in 72 h after operation.And satisfaction of nursing in the two groups was compared when discharged from hospital.Results Postopera-tive?complications after 72 h in the observation group were much lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in overall satisfaction after operation.However,the dif-ference was statistically significant since extraordinary satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing of TURP in perioperative period achieves good effect,it could significantly reduce the complications andimprove the satisfaction of patients after operation,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
