Clinical observation of compound Lidocaine cream in relieving puncture pain of indwelling venous needle

摘要: 目的：观察分析复方利多卡因乳膏在缓解手术患者静脉留置针穿刺疼痛中的临床效果。方法随机检索选出60例接受静脉留置针穿刺的患者作为研究对象，根据药物治疗方法的不同分为试验组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规皮肤消毒后行静脉留置针穿刺治疗，试验组给予复方利多卡因乳膏后再施行对照组的操作。记录比较2组患者静脉留置针穿刺后的疼痛程度和患者满意度。结果试验组患者的VAS评分为（4．2±1．4）分，显著高于对照组的VAS评分（2．8±1．1）分，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；试验组患者的满意度为96．67％（29/30），显著高于对照组的满意度80．00％（24/30），差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论复方利多卡因乳膏能较为有效地缓解手术患者静脉留置针穿刺的疼痛，降低VAS 评分，提升患者满意度，且操作简单、经济实惠、不良反应少，值得在临床广泛应用与推广。Abstract: Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of compound Lidocaine cream in relieving puncture pain of indwelling venous needle.Methods 60 patients with puncture pain of indwelling venous needle treated by compound Lidocaine cream were divided into experi-mental group and control group according to their different treatment methods with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given puncture treatment by indwelling venous needle after con-ventional skin sterilization and the experimental group was given puncture treatment by indwelling venous needle after compound Lidocaine cream.Pain degree and satisfaction degree of two groups after treatment were observed and compared.Results VAS score was greatly higher in the experi-mental group (4.2±1.4)than that in the control group (2.8±1.1),so the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Satisfaction degree of experimental group with 96.67%(29 /30)was higher than that in the control group with 80.00%(24 /30),the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Compound Lidocaine cream can relieve puncture pain of indwelling venous needle,lower AVS score and improve satisfac-tion degree of patients.And it is simply operated,cheap in price and low in adverse reactions,so it can be widely promoted in clinic.
