Experience and nursing measures of pain in 187 patients with advanced lung cancer

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨晚期肺癌患者疼痛护理策略和效果。方法选自2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的肺癌晚期患者187例，对其行镇痛方法及护理、心理护理、对症护理和生活护理等疼痛护理。在护理干预前后，对187例患者的进行主诉评估量表（VRS）评价。结果行护理干预之后，Ⅱ级以上的疼痛患者的比例显著低于护理干预前（P ＜0．01）。结论加强晚期肺癌患者的疼痛护理，可以有效减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care of pain in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 187 patients with advanced lung cancer from January,2011 - January, 2013 in the hospital were treated with pain analgesia and nursing intervention of psychological nurs-ing,symptomatic nursing and life nursing and evaluated by VRS.Results:after the treatment of pain and pain nursing,187 cases were detected the verbal rating scale (VRS)before nursing inter-vention.Results After nursing intervention,pain in patients of the above level 2 was significantly lower than nursing intervention before (P < 0.01).Conclusion Strengthening nursing care in pa-tients with advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
