摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨个体化康复训练对下肢骨折术后康复的临床疗效。方法选取在骨科住院治疗的79例下肢骨折术后患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统康复方式，观察组采用个体化的康复训练方式，比较2组患者2个月后的恢复效果。结果康复治疗后，观察组患者关节活动度及Barthel指数评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论个体化的功能康复训练有利于下肢骨折患者术后肢体功能的康复及日常生活活动能力的提高。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized recovery training in lower limb fracture.Methods 79 patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given rehabilitation train in traditional way,and the observation group was treated with individualized recovery training.Rehabilitation effect after 2 months of two groups was compared.Results After rehabilitation,range of motion and Barthel Index scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized recovery training in treatment of patients with lower extremity frac-tures is favorable for the rehabilitation of limb function and improvement of activities in daily life.
